Website is not the last-mile service provider to you and therefore, www.heritagewaterwalks.com shall not be or deemed to be responsible for any lack or deficiency of services provided by any person (airline, travel/tour operator, hotel, facility or similar agency) you shall engage or hire or appoint pursuant to or resulting from, the material available in this site.

Entry into Forest /Wildlife areas

Jaipur is fortunate to have urban forest within the city limit. One of our tours (Nahargarh Water Walk) is conducted partially inside a declared Wildlife Sanctuary. Thus there are certain dos & don’t which every participants must observe during the tour:
Do not stray away from the group,
Do not provoke wild animals, birds, etc.
Do not litter
Do no damage in the forest.
Do not feed birds or animals.
Do not Smoke in the Forest area
Don’t bring pets
Wear appropriate clothing. Keep body parts covered from insects & thorns.

‘On Camera’ Policy

When registering or considering to register any of our walking tours, The guest /client/group consents to being recorded (by audio, visual and/or other means) for online and off-line publishing of the walking tours across channels, social platforms and in all media now known or hereafter devised worldwide in perpetuity.

Cancellation policy

All advance payments or deposits are non-refundable. Advance payments or deposits are transferable to another walking tour only if cancellation is received at least 14 days prior to the start of the tour.
Absolutely no deposit, refund or payment transfers will be made if cancellation is received after the 14 day cut-off.

Although Heritagewaterwalks.com is committed to the safety but, guests must acknowledge and assume the risks involved in all travel. Heritagewaterwalks.com assumes no responsibility and hereby disclaims any legal or other liability for any personal injury, death, property damage, error or omission, or any other loss, damage, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity due to any unexpected occurrences, including but not exclusive to those rendered by weather, political conditions, local infrastructure, wildlife or acts of God. This provision is also applicable to the cancellation of such services by www.heritagewaterwalks.com and/or any of its third-party contractors.
